Welcome to NEI Distributors. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, wholesale accounts, and services. By accessing or purchasing from NEI Distributors, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• To register for a wholesale account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• Accounts may be approved or denied at our discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders may be placed through our website, email, or directly with our sales team.

4. Shipping & Receiving

To ensure accuracy and timely resolution of any issues, please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

We ship orders via [UPS/FedEx/other carriers].

• Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
• All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
• Any discrepancies, damages, or issues must be reported to NEI Distributors within 48 hours of delivery.
• Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claims being denied.
• NEI Distributors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

At NEI Distributors, we take pride in providing high-quality seasonal products. Because of the seasonal nature of our industry, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products, accessories, equipment, or materials once purchased. This policy allows us to maintain strong product availability and service levels during peak demand.

That said, there are two exceptions:

Warranty Coverage

1. Products that meet the requirements under our Warranty Policy may be eligible for replacement.
2. Please review our Warranty Policy for full details on coverage and exclusions.

Incorrect Shipments

1. If you receive an incorrect item or part of your order is missing, please notify us within two (2) business days of delivery.
2. We will provide the correct item or replacement parts at no cost to you.In cases where an incorrect item must be returned, we will issue a call-tag and provide return instructions by email.

6. Product Information

• While we strive for accuracy, NEI Distributors does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.
• We reserve the right to correct errors and update product details at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, images, and product descriptions are the property of NEI Distributors and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• NEI Distributors is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts or access to our services if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
