At NEI Distributors, we supply only quality lighting and décor products designed for seasonal and professional use. Please note that all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects, as outlined below.

Warranty Conditions & Limitations

• Warranty applies to seasonal, non-permanent installations with use not exceeding 90 consecutive days at a time.
  
  
• Coverage applies only to manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  
  
• The following are not covered:
  
  
  • Improper installation or removal (e.g., hanging products from cords instead of clips/wires)
    
    
  • Electrical surges, lightning strikes, or acts of nature
    
    
  • Modifications or alterations to products
    
    
  • Damage from wind, floods, or other extreme weather conditions
    
    
  • Damage from animals or insects
    
    
  • Normal fading, discoloration, rusting, or corrosion from environmental exposure

Warranty Claim Process

• Decorator Accounts: Warranty returns must include a copy of the purchasing Sales Order or Paid Invoice.
  
  
• Retail Accounts: Claims must include the original receipt and product packaging with UPC.
  
  
• Warranty claims must be approved by NEI Distributors before a product is returned.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products for inspection.
  
  
• Approved claims will result in replacement with the same or a comparable product. If a replacement is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued for future purchases.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All Dauer fixtures are backed by manufacturer warranties:

• Lifetime coverage on brass drop-in fixtures and stainless-steel transformers (against manufacturer defects)
  
  
• 10-year warranty on integrated LED fixtures
  
  
• 5-year warranty on LED drop-in lamps
  
  
• 5-year warranty on integrated LED submersible fixtures
  
  

Dauer is recognized for its innovation and quality, offering reliable performance for professional-grade lighting projects. 

Forever Lighting

Forever Lighting products carry a five (5) year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the date of purchase with proof of sale.

• Coverage: Manufacturer defects under proper installation, use, and maintenance.

  • Normal weathering or color fading due to UV exposure
    
    
  • Natural rusting, tarnishing, or corrosion over time
    
    
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification
    
    
  • Failures caused by lightning, surges, or extreme conditions
    
    
  • Use with non-Forever Lighting components or accessories
    
    
  • Labor costs associated with removal, installation, or replacement
    
    

This warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects only and does not extend to external or environmental damage.
